Tow It – Terms of Service

1. About Tow It
Tow It (“we”, “our”, “the Platform”) operates a digital platform that connects vehicle owners (“Users”) in need of roadside assistance with independent towing service providers (“Providers”). Tow It does not offer towing services directly and is not responsible for the performance or conduct of Providers.
By accessing or using Tow It (website or app), you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. By using Tow It, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. User Responsibilities
As a User, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Use the service lawfully and for legitimate roadside assistance needs.
- Pay any fees displayed before confirming a request.
- Interact respectfully with Providers.
4. Provider Independence
All Providers on Tow It operate as independent contractors. Tow It:
- Does not employ or supervise Providers.
- Does not guarantee the availability, timeliness, or outcome of any service.
- Is not liable for damages, delays, losses, or misconduct caused by Providers.
Providers are solely responsible for:
- Holding valid licences and insurance.
- Complying with Irish road safety laws.
- Providing their own equipment and vehicles in safe condition.
5. Payment Terms
All service fees are processed securely through our platform. Prices are shown transparently before confirmation.
Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law:
- Tow It is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to any service booked through the platform.
- We make no warranties regarding service quality, availability, or safety of third-party Providers.
- Your use of Tow It is at your own risk.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes between Users and Providers must be resolved between the parties. Tow It may assist informally but has no obligation to mediate or settle disputes.
8. Privacy & Data Use
Our collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
By using Tow It, you consent to the collection and use of your location and personal information as described.
9. Account Termination
Tow It may suspend or terminate access at any time if:
- Terms are violated.
- Fraud or misuse is detected.
- Required by law or to protect public safety.
10. Modifications
Tow It may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes implies acceptance. We will notify Users of material changes via email or the platform.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dublin.
